OnaRay

OnaRay is her alchemy name that embodies her humanness beyond gender. She embraces life with full expression from the heart. Her desire is to live a life of divine purpose sharing her wisdom. For the past 25 years OnaRay has been on a voyage of spiritual pursuits and teachings in the fields of shamanism, non-dualism, Yoga and yogic philosophy, Tantra and consciousness studies.

As a child, her love of creative movement spawned a journey into how the body expresses life in the moment. This passion led her into the world of circus arts in 2003 intensively training as an aerialist and she performed for 10 years worldwide. She also discovered a deep love for acrobatics and now teaches Acrobatics with Yoga across the globe as the @acroheart on Instagram! OnaRay earned her 200 YTT in Tantra Yoga in November 2012 at a beautiful OSHO focused intentional community in Nicaragua and now teaches her own style of “Tantra Heart” Yoga.

Her love of touch and mobility led her also to study Thai Massage as an apprentice and has been offering sessions and teaching classes for 10 years. Her own body healing journey led her on an exploration into the healing arts and how touch heals. This journey is part of her life passion to awaken the inner-healer in individuals to access their own natural body wisdom and joy in life. OnaRay believes in the alchemy of touch as a conduit for transformation healing and evolution.
